Weblog: Going to Mexico, again
<< Previous Entry | Next Entry >>
I'm heading to Mexico for 6 weeks to attend a cob building workshop and Ed and Natacha's wedding. Also, some pictures of the cat that Emmy and I adopted from the SPCA a few days ago.
I'll be stomping cob in San Bartolo, near the southern end of the Baja Peninsula. The instructors will be Pat and Tracy from Cobworks of Mayne Island. The workshop will last four weeks.
After that I will be heading to Puebla to attend Ed and Natacha's wedding.
E-mail is the best way to contact me while I'm cobbing. I'm not sure how often I will be able to check it. If it's important, the message may reach me more quickly if you also send it to pat@cobworks.com and be sure to specify in the subject that the message is for me.
There is a phone number for emergencies only: +52 612 10 0 03 03 (replace the "+" with your phone company's international dialing prefix, which is 011 in Canada). Nobody at this number speaks English.
The address is:
Fam. Trasvina Trasvina
Rancho Tezal
Domocilio Conocido
San Bartolo, Baja California Sur, Mexico
Meanwhile, here are some pictures of Tashi, the cat that my mom and I adopted from the SPCA a few days ago. She didn't like the flash, which is why she doesn't look very happy in any of the pictures, but rest assured she's usually a friendly cat.
